IFP Book reviewed in Comparative Education Review

  • August 2010

The IFP book Origins, Journeys, and Returns: Social Justice in International Higher Education was reviewed in the August 2010 issue of Comparative Education Review, a prestigious higher education journal.

Writes author Rebecca Clothey, “In addition to explaining the complexities of each nation’s tertiary education system… each case study also describes many of the historical aspects that have directly affected marginalized groups. Too often, marginalized populations are not discussed in academic literature in which the focus remains at the macrolevel. This book provides a different lens through which to understand the various tertiary systems described.”
