The Fund (IFF) is an independently incorporated supporting organization of the Institute of International Education (IIE). The IFP Secretariat is housed at IIE headquarters in New York, which administers Fellows' grant agreements, disburses Fellows' funds, and provides university placement for many IFP Fellows.
